Cicada Embroidery


Working on this embroidery right now. The leaves are not done yet and I don't know what more I will add, but I really like how it's looking so far! Not sure what I'm going to do with it though. I was inspired by some embroidered hair accessories so that was the plan, but this is getting rather big so I don't know... Any ideas?

      Well, seamstress I am not so maybe if I find a suitable jacket/robe to embroider then it might happen! :) That would be a lot of fun! I would love to have an embroidered robe! Yeah, i need to find a robe so that I can embroider it! :D

      I do love embroidered bugs, and that's a lovely specimen! You could just attach it to the robe or jacket as a pocket - lots easier. :)
